Overall this hotel was suitable for my mini vacation. The room was clean and staff were nice and welcoming. I loved the hardwood floors and decor of the room very modern. However the towels that were in the room when we first checked in were slightly dirty and the shower curtain doesn't do much to keep the water off the floor. Clean, nice enough staff. There is no carpet, which is great for cleanliness but a terrible hazard. My mother slipped and fell and badly injured her knee. There was no elevator. One ice machine for entire hotel, often out of ice. Not enough towels, no room service. They did not empty trash because they "ran out of trash bags." Terrible wifi connection. It was clean and close to the beach, but...
