Very disappointing. The owner was rude, disrespectful and uncaring. Living locally, I try to support the local small businesses whenever possible. This guy sold us sub-par equipment and refused to stand behind it. Our purchase was a fishing pole for less than $15. I am thankful we didn't spend more to learn our lesson.
