2018 I had my left food fix, fallen arch. A year later I went beck to Dr. Hoops to have my right foot and ankle fix. Dr. Hoops did such an outstanding job on my left foot that there was no question who I was going to have do the work. Terrible. I brought my daughter in, and he didn't even want to put a cast on her BROKEN ARM. They set it a week earlier, and he didn't seem interested in helping.

Second, he was with us for a total of maybe ten minutes. Didn't explain options, didn't let us ask questions. When we told him we wanted a cast on her arm, he had us go with a PA, and we didn't even see him again. The least he could...

Dr, Jones is the best! He really listens to you, He takes all the time you need. His staff is really good to. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be called back to see him. If your looking for a new Dr go see him. You will be happy that you did.
