The hotel was very clean. The front desk was this little dinner. I loved it. Food was great and open 24hrs.

There is a limited selection of hotels in this area and the Oak Tree is by far the best, most convenient, and clean. Would stay there again if in the area.

Very isolated and small hotel, but very clean with easy parking! Quiet area, had no trouble with noise.

Clean and quiet. Located right off the highway, but in the middle of nowhere. Penny's Diner, located right next door, offered good food in a nostalgic atmosphere. Would stay here again if passing through the area.
