I took my 32' Sony to Oak Parks, four months ago. They said they would look at it and give me a call the next day. I never got that call. The second day I called them, and was told they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. After two weeks of my calling and usually getting the voice mail, I was finally told that my tcom board was bad. By this point I didnt even want to fix it anymore, but they said the part was already ordered and it would be in the next day. The next day no part came. William from Oak Park Electronics came out to my home a coule weeks ago and fixed my 52in flat screen tv....I was very Happy with my results and he was a very pleasant man....Im def going to use them fagain for any TV problems i have in the future and recommend them to EVERYONE i no:)))) Thank you so much for all ur help....just a FYI, i did my reshurch befor calling anyone and OPE was the Best deal with the BEST results....THanks again, Gloria

Once again competitors are writing reviews. The review after this one is definately bogus. Oak Park would never charge for any services that were not done and we strive for complete customer satisfaction. It almost looks like a child wrote the review since it repeated itself so much. We give free estimates in the shop and in home usually just the service call of 55 which if repaired would be part of the repair charge, but sometimes no charge at all for in home estimates. For over 35 years in business, we have never had any complaints with the BBB. I trust that you use common sense in...

Stay as far away from OAK PARK as you can. These people are untrustworthy, incompetent, give you the run around and take money for services not rendered.

Stay far far away unless you want to waste your money for services that are very very poor. they are incompetent but will charge you even if they can not fix the electronics.
