Awful apartments in poor condition. You get ripped off for water and everything is constantly breaking.

First, the good. The price is right. The location is right. The grounds are well kept. The old buildings have more charm than the cookie cutter apartments built these days. It's a fairly diverse complex and most of your neighbors are pretty friendly.

The location of the apartment is the only good thing about the place. I lived above the maintenance's workroom. During the winter the floor was always cold. That made the apartment feel cold even when it was comfortable outside. There seemed to be no insulation between mine and the upstairs neighbor. There were spiders every where in the complex.
