The scenery isn't anything to write home about, but the food is pretty good. Nothing fancy, but nothing horrible. It's a pretty basic, pretty average Chinese food restaurant. Fast friendly service! Great big portions for pick up, and it was still hot when I got it home.

#1 Chinese wasn't Smithfield's first Chinese restaurant,
but is its best. Their food is consistantly good, but their buffet is
not good. Their buffet options are the same menu items from week-to-week.
The quality of the buffet food has dropped over the years to the point
where I exclusively order off the menu now. I suspect they recycle their
buffet items without discarding the older contents...
