NTB store # 575, located in Bowie, Maryland has consistently provided poor customer service to me. I live in the community that the store services, have taken my vehicles there for service on several occassions, and have repeatedly had bad experiences. I'm not the complaining type and understand that things happen. Yet the poor level of service that this store offers is beyond what any reasonable customer should have to chalk up to , "stuff happens". In fact, my "stuff happens" mindset is what foolishly allowed me to keep returning to the store. Moreover, it seems that just about every time I'm in the store a dissapointed or ill served customer is in there complaining. I'm done, and I'd caution you to spend your hard earned money someplace where you can be served in a professional and customer respectful environment.
