This rating is temporary until the situation gets resolved. I own a rental property in Rockville which needs new windows badly. Nova came in. The salesman was pushy. Even though Nova claims never to take deposits (the claim is in writing on Home Advisor. I printed it) the salesman requested one. My condo is small and needs 3 windows only. The salesman said that it was not worth his time...

It was a wonderful experience. They explained all available options and after 3 design sessions we got a great result. It took 3 sessions only because I kept throwing "what if we do this..." Noah and their team were always on time, the estimate was accurate. The design and the final product were perfect.
