Worst customer service!...bad attitude!

When I called they answered the phone hello...very rudely...when i asked if this was Northeast Taylor she answered yes, in a tone that suggested I was bothering her....I asked if they repaired items other than clothes (Pillowcase w/a zipper) and she said no and hung up....very bad customer service...i can only imagine how customer items are being treated...
