HEAVY INFESTATION OF CRITTERS IN ALMOST ALL THE APARTMENTS! This is a serious problem there!! The apartments have gotten worse over the years..shootings at night, loud music, and the rental employees don't care..they won't do anything about it.

Pros

+ looks nice from the outside in daytime

Cons

- shootings, heaving scabies infestation, etc

Being military I have traveled a lot. This is the first time I have moved into apartments that have been sub par. The great ""deal"" I thought I was a phoney. The pool is only open for 8 hour days, always packed and closed for the life guards lunch or other breaks. The maint. dept does not take pride in their work. It took four months to get a dishwasher fix. I have a list of discrepancys including leaky facets and decaying over hangs a page long. Management budges when you threaten but only enough to make false promises. Since spring submited 10 plus complaints just on pest...
