It is apparent that the office has no idea how to service it's customers! My wife had a sleep study here, we were then told to wait 7-10 business days to schedule an appointment to go over the results. 10 days pass so we call several times just to receive no answer. At this point we were understanding to the fact that it is a place of business and not all calls can be answered by a live...
