We were happy because the apartment was all cleaned up as we moved in. The staff were helpful and attendeded to our requests on time. The surrounding area is quiet and buildings are well maintained. Easy access to Rite-aid, Farmfresh, Wal-mart, airport, ODU ..etc.
I have lived here for almost a year and I am totally satisfied. The office and maintenance staffs are very nice and helpful. I like the location and being in such close proximity to work. From what I have seen there is not much crime or other problems. I would definitely recommend living here.
These apartments are terrible. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful I could not wait to get out of these apartments. They charge random fees without an explanation then give the run around if you question. I am extremely frustrated with how they talked to me and my husband.
