I just want to thank everyone at North Point! First time there getting my oil changed and they were nothing less than amazing!! I had someone opening every door for me considering I was pushing a stroller.. And had someone follow me to my car to open the door so I could put everything up. I will definitely be back.

Correction! North Point Service Dept. came through for me! The Service Manager did what he thought was right and corrected my recall. Did not charge me in the end. And now the Jeep runs as good as ever.
