I should've taken heed to these reviews! I wish I never would've wasted my money here. Extremely unprofessional staff, and the front desk is a joke. The 'computer lab' consists of 5 horribly outdated desktops that don't even run Powerpoints; the pool is covered and closed for most of your lease; parking is non-existant (but towing isn't!); all they care about is getting your money. What a joke....

I am very disappointed in the office staff at North 38. They are not very helpful, and will make a big deal out of "pulling your file" to find out any information. If you have a pet, be prepared to be scammed out of money as they will charge you a move in pet fee and monthly pet rent which just goes straight into their pockets. Wireless internet is awful. Walls are thin and windows are drafty.
