She's worth seeing despite her incredibly rude secretary. If you can make it through the initial phone call and make an appointment, Dr. Norman is a fantastic doctor. If I were Dr. Norman though I would look into hiring a new secretary. You can only have first impressions once!

Dr Norman is probably the best doctor I have found. She listens to you, takes time to talk to you about your concerns with your health and doesn't waste your money on procedures or medication that won't help you. Trustworthy and brilliant!
