Consistent service, the workers are friendly and helpful as possible, wait times can be ridiculous if you come in on the wrong day, but I've adopted a few animals from this location.

I brought my kitten in for a 1st time exam and explained to the receptionist that my kitten had mucous coming out of his eyes and was sneezing. After waiting almost 20 minutes, another woman comes to me and says that I will have to make an appointment for an exam. The receptionist gives me an appointment for 1 week away. I am in the lobby as I write this review. The front desk staff is rude, passive and lack attentiveness. Front desk ignored me and provided one word responses to my questions. I will gladly not return to this location. I wish no star as an option for this place.
