All my years buying from Norfolk Florist on special occasion, I recently purchased a plant to be delivered to a Funeral Home for a dear friend. I was shocked when the lady told me that they would charge 25.00 dollars to deliver 5 minutes away. Never again, you just lost a customer that buys at least 9 times that delivery charge per year. Come on $10.00 ok but $25.00 is way too much ,feel like...
