This company has no customer value. You call requesting a cab and sit and wait, and wait and wait. When you call back to find out where your cab is you are told "Well if you don't keep calling us back every 10/15 minutes we assume you don't need a ride any longer". I have never heard of such a thing. How do you just leave a customer sitting and waiting like this. Okay I understand the company...
