Help us make it rightNorandex distributes quality building products and many are have the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval and have won JD Power awards. We purchased replacement windows through a QUALIFIED contractor through Norandex and love them. Many building materials, especially windows, are special order so you have to know what you are doing to measure and install them properly. Norandex does not sell directly to homeowners so find a good contractor and let them do their job and you will not only not have any issues but you will also have a positive experience.
The windows are very poor quality. I bought over $20,000 worth of windows and siding for my house project. The windows came and we installed the first one. There were major problems with the window. I called them up to address the issue. The manager did not want to hear my problems and told me that I bought them and they are now my problems.
Go with Anderson Windows because they support you and will do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. Take it from me, you will be sorry if you buy from Norandex and you have to live with what you bought.
