Terrible. Dogs bark constantly and you hear them 2 floors up and down from you. Cheaply made and way overpriced. The acoustics are horrible and you hear everything anywhere in the place. Kitchen cabinets are terrible and a real pain to use. Literally no storage in kitchen or anywhere in the apartment. You hear the outside noise and trains are very loud. Don't waste your time.

Pros- convenient location, new, modern look, nice pool, nice Maintenance crew, and solid building.
Cons- no doggy park (people didn't clean after their dog, if you lived near the garbage shoot it was so loud when they dispose all trash, hot water couldn't get hotter (they said for liable reasons)pressure was low too, no parking for guests unless it's on the street, att service (sucked being...
