I can not even tell you how impressed I am with Edith at location LFIKN on Battle Hill Drive in Mechanicsville, VA. Not only was she cleaning the location (all the windows) when we arrived, the place was organized, everything was where it was supposed to be, and spotless!! I primarily use FedEx Office to resize signs to poster size and lamination. The service has been consistent and efficient. Turn around within 24 hours. Never a problem. Justin has always been courteous and professional.
The ONLY THING that made it an outstanding experience was Edith! She was friendly, knowledgable, and willing to do whatever it took to get what I needed done. She was there ready to help should I need it through all the steps that had to be done. She is great representative for FedEX Office!!
