I inherited a rather abused large morrocan brass tray from my parents that had been tarnished and stained over 40 years of use as a coffee table. I had only hoped to stop any further damage, but instead I have a beautiful, fully restored piece of artwork for a more than reasonable expense and only a 2 week wait.

I have nothing but great things to say about Noles-Davis. Most people don't know that they experienced a horrible fire at their plating and polishing facility next door back in February. Yes they are taking longer than expected but that is because they swamped with work and working at on off site facility with mimimum capabilities. I agree with the reviewer that wrote about the horrible service at Noles-Davis. I brought an item there for repair and was told that it would take three weeks to complete. Actual completion time was over 4 months (yes, FOUR). They could not have cared less when I spoke to them on the telephone or in person (this means you Betty). We brought in an antique silver plate tea set that required extensive restoration and we left with a set good as new. We were delighted at the craftsmanship and the reasonable price.
