It was labor day and i brought my family, a party of 11. A nice young boy greeted me at the front and sat us down in two hibachi grill. He comes back with orders to move us around to fit in one grill!!! 11 people, 1 grill!!??
The boy felt really sorry for us, because he knew it was uncomfortable so he tried giving us two tables, but some girl wearing no make up, starting with a "j". Joy?
She started getting angry at the nice young boy! So she comes to the table and rudely asks us to move to one table. We refuse because it's impossible!!
So she gets angry and asks an older man to move us around. In the end, we did our best, but we were not happy. We told the nice young boy that we were not coming back. He apologized and talked to us and did really good at trying to make us feel better. Unfortunately, we learned that he's been working there 16 months but has no superiority or say, the older ones in the restaurant will be waiters and waitresses while he stays a host who gets told what to do and how to run his job.
If they can't treat that boy right, i don't think they can treat customers right!

We ate in hibachi area. Our entire experience was great. Everything was cooked as ordered and there was a ton of food. We will definitely be going back!
Food was ok but "CUSTOMER SERVICE" was the WORST! Complained about a hair on our sushi and the waitress was like, "You can still eat the other one". And I'm like, "No, we're not eating the other one knowing there's a hair on the other one!!" She left without taking the plate with her. So I called another waitress to take the plate away. WTF?!? NEVER AGAIN...
