This place sucks so much, you go in to order a hookah, estimated wait time 40-60mins, then you get your masterpiece. A hookah that is poorly prepared, the bowl is not even close to being full, you physically hear the shisha bouncing around, when you smoke it you get no flavor just air, don't pull on it …

Just when I feel like Virginia Beach may just be the uncultured land of Chik-fil-a's and strip malls, I find a place like Nimbus.
