I would definitely recommend him to any patient and I would definitely return back to him for any orthopedic problem he could help me with.

Not only he is skilled, he is very personable, kind, and takes the time to listen.

Dr. Higgins has done two hip replacement and a right knee replacement on me.

I highly recommend Dr. Higgins and his staff for all on their knowledge and experience I rate Dr. Higgins well above the others he truly is the man in his crafting studies.
