Vehicles enter Newport News Park and pay $25.00 for cars, $60.00 for buses and you drive thru the park on a paved road and see numerous figures with lights. It takes about 30 minutes traveling at approximate 5 mph. Better than the Virginia Beach light festival.

First you will get stuck on the road going over the Hampton Bridge Tunnel on 64. So you need to get off the road and get some where to stretch your legs and use that good old bathroom. Not a problem. f you are from out of the area and are coming into Newport News, you should make the Visitor Center your first stop. It is loaded with tons of informational brochures, booklets, and maps to make your trip planning simple and easy.
