We took one of the evening tours. Our tour guide, Lee, was fantastic. A great mix of poetry, music and tour commentary was an awesome combination with the comfortable boats and the amazing New York City Skyline. I have also taken the free service to IKEA and found the staff as friendly and helfpful as this experience.
Pros
+ Friendly staff, great boats, great tour

The desk opens at 11:00am but the first tour doesn't go out of Battery Park until 11:50am....a little detail some may...
