This is a good location because you're 8 minutes away from Mall Of America, 10 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes away from Wal-Mart and 3 minutes away from Sam's Club. You also have a balcony, Common area with a Gas grill, a pool, Off street parking, laundry room and extra storage space. This Property would be perfect if they didn't go up on the rent EVERY SINGLE YEAR. I have been here...

Do not rent if you want peace, quiet and SAFETY

I am a middle age white male who enjoys quiet and values safety. This apartment is run as a refuge for people from north Minneapolis who bring their behaviors with them. The kids run wild in a pack, other tenants issue threats and drink in the parking lot. The person who brings the alcohol also gives it (beer and brandy) to minors. The property manager looks the other way because she also runs her own ministry, and it appears she doesn't care who she rents to. So if you're white and value your safety, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
