My mother has been a big fan of your baguettes for several years now, and I'm writing on her behalf. She's very disappointed in recent changes with them. They used to have nice rounded ends, but are now squared off. They don't have the delightful holes they used to have, and aren't as crisp. She is about ready to get her baguettes elsewhere!
