I wish I could rate ZERO stars! SCAM artists! I went in for an oil change and was told I needed $1600 in work. My husband said he would take care of some of the work (brakes, rotors, and serpentine belt) and went to purchase the parts. When we picked up the van, the rotors still had shine (NOT sandpaper like they said!), the brakes were like-new with only 5k miles (not 90% worn as they said),...

Horrible customer care,shoddy workmanship,zero integrity and rude as well.Used to be good,was a satisfied client for 15 yrs. New manager, and new attitudes cost them my patronage

After being a loyal customer for 16 years, thing at this shop have changed. Their new management seems to have no concern with integrity, customer service, customer retention or standing by their work. After using sub-standard parts (this according to their own mechanic), which caused a slew of new problems which they claimed were unrelated to the "fix", and replacing a whole bunch of things...
