I had a wonderful experience. I needed an up do last minute for the Marine Corps Ball, I called the night before asking for a morning appointment. April came in early to do my hair. Not only did she do an amazing job (she finished at 10:30 and the ball wasn't for another 7 hours!) My hair stayed in place all day and night until I took it down myself.
