I work on my friends older Macs as a hobby and my shop is a mess...but if I have aproblem I can't solve, I'll go see Jim. Nobody in Charlotte has the knowledge of 25 years of bench time solving problems with Mac's. Recently, I took my Daughter with me to his shop, and as we were going in, I told her, "it ain't pretty, but THIS is where the WORK gets DONE". Paul J.

Jim is ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!! He fixed my PowerBook G4 and I can't thank him enough!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Mac!!!

I have been going to the Computer Room and now the New Computer Room for the past 20 years to have my Mac's serviced. Jim is excellent and really knows his stuff. It's not snazzy - far from it - but I know that he will get to my computer right away and will let me know within a day what the problem is and have it repair quickly. I can not imagine being without my computer for a week or 2...
