My toddler had started his first day of daycare at the children's network in phenix city . although something felt off about the daycare I thought maybe it was just bc I was scared and nervous . needless to say that wasn't the case and I pulled my son out the same day . the very next week after several perfect reviews from customers in my verizon store I decided to check New Beginnings 2 out ....

This place is highly too expensive. Great staff but extremely mean and vindictive owner. Watch your back and wallet. She will change her policy's without notice just to suit her and get as much money out of you as possible. The owner plays a nice/nasty role. Correct her on a mistake she has made then she becomes rude, nasty and arrogant and ends her comment with a "God Bless You". Don't say I...

My kids attended New Begginings II for about two years and we loved it! The staff is amazing and very professional. I never had to worry about my kids because I knew they were in good hands. We recently moved to Texas and we miss them very much. I have not been able to find a daycare as good as them.
