Sarah Murray is the best doctor (family nurse practioner, technically) that I've ever had. I've followed her to this new location at Neuse Valley, leaving behind Raleigh Family Healthcare. Sarah takes the time to talk to you, is very intelligent, and also very sweet. Exceptional and caring people in the medical field are hard to come across, but she is outstanding (and so is her nurse, Tammy!)....

Great MD, but poor office management

I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson's for many years. He is a very thorough and skilled physician. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the management of this office. Their billing process is terrible. My account has been sent to a collection agency twice even though I had overpaid and was due a refund from the practice. The first time the business manager said that they had changed computer systems and had not transfered the credit from the old system. She apologized and promised to correct the problem. Billed a year after service

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was billed more than a year after a date of service. Since the date of service, I have moved twice, switched banks, and switched insurance companies. It is absurd to bill a patient nearly $100 more than a year after the patient was seen in the office.

Though I remember paying more than a co-pay after my date of service, I have no way to prove to the office that I have already paid this bill (since I no longer have the same bank account or insurance company). Discourteous and unfair

My daughter had to cancel an appointment here and did so well before the 24 hours required as the office policy states you must do on their website. Even though she did this, she was charged $35 and called a no show. When she challenged this (in a polite business letter because the office manager was not available when she called) she was sent a nasty letter telling her that she was being discharged from the practice and that canceling appointments costs the practice money.
