All though I love the cookies, coffees, and frappes, none of that matters when the service is always slo.. Never service with a smile... Not polite or any kind of customer service..

I go to Nestle Toll House Cafe By Chip and I buy mm chocalate chip cookies by the dozen. They are so good they melt in your mouth. The Mr. Pibb is great for washing down the cookies.
