Christian was GREAT!

He followed up on my request for an appointment almost before I finished typing it!

We made an appointment for later in the week and he arrived on time. He did some trouble shooting, assessed the problem, and then contacted BOSE for consultation.

Nerical has successfully completed three jobs at my home, the last one a complicated expansion of cable and internet to a newly built pool house and installation of TV and sound system there that we were very impressed with. Our main contractor found Cristian easy to work with. Was slow to wrap up a detail with speaker replacement and responding when the system failed after a power problem, but...
