Do not be deceived by their false advertising. My unit was not well maintained. If it had been, my moving company would not have been the ones to inform me there was a hole in the roof over my unit with evidence of several years of water/snow leaking all over my furniture and all other belongings. My moving company found a hole in the roof when they were packing up my belongings. Water/mold damage was unbelievable.
