I LOVE this vet. I've tried to leave multiple times for companies taking CareCredit or that were close to my house but they're always more expensive and the docs and staff can't compare to Kempsville!

Staff is very friendly, especially the vet assistants. Easy to get an appointment. There are 3 or 4 doctors and they have a groomer there almost every day, however the groomer is not the friendliest person. Good location and hours. They also do boarding of pets.

If you decide to bring your pet for just health checks, your golden. If your animal is very sick, your better off going to the emergency clinic because thats where their going to send you anyways.
Staff is very friendly! Drs included. But I think I'd prefer my vet to take care of my pets in both healthy and sick times.
