I had my chimney cleaned on Friday morning. Their customer service skills were 100%!!! The guys were in and out, they didn't go over anything on their sheet to ask about our fire safety, extinguisher , etc. They also didn't attach our furnace piping to the chimney where they cleaned to my furnace either. I needed a chimney checked in my new house, I didn't know who to call, my neighbor said call Neat Sweep so I did. They quoted me a price over the phone and said they would be out Tuesday between 12-4. they showed up at 1:00 swept and inspected the chimney and handed me an inspection sheet, asked if there were any questions.
