AVOID THIS provider!! They charge even to prepare a quote without ever touching the prospective patient.

These people have a VERY cushy office with a plasma screen TV in the waiting room airing 'Dentist TV' pitching insidious advertorials of the very products they sell.

Their rates are exhorbitant. They don't tell you they're going to send you a bill until after you've left the office....
