Worst company ever!!

Nco financials is the worst company to ever be employed by. They are unprofessional, unorganized, and just a down right disappointment. This company turn over rate for employment is unbelievable. People quit almost every day and they stay having to hire people. No one is there longer then a years time frame, that should tell you alot about this company itself. They harass their employees, treat them like c@!p, they don't have no respect at all. They do not care about their employees needs or just have any type of concern for no one. They over work you for a low price. Most call center pay $10.00 they paying people $7.25. But will work you till dooms day. They have no respect for their employees either. The worst department at nco would be time warner cable. The supervisors in that department are just unbelievable. You are suppose to get a 50 cent raise after your 3 months there, do you think people get it? not even, they give you the run around about getting our pay. The type of disrespect the resp deal with from the customers you would think the supervisors would at least make the work environment as professional and easy to deal with. Its one thing to deal with disrespect from the customers but from supervisors as well is just down right crazy. They make it so hard to come in and want to work. Work isnt suppose to stress you out, well try working at nco. That place will stress you out everyday, make you just want to walk out. You don't get the pay your suppose to get, the supervisors are rude, nasty and disrespectful. Now don't have a problem where you disagree with a supervisor they will pick with you, find any reason to write you up, find any reason to make it seem like your doing everything wrong when in reality your doing everything right its just that they didn't like the fact you didn't allow him to disrespect you like others do. This company should be shut down. They lose people everyday and barley have enough people to take calls, however after they have been rude and disrespectful to you, they come pleading when they need you work because they don't have enough people to cover the shifts. I have never in my life worked or ever had to experience anything like this, i have never experience unprofessionalism like this before in my life, shocking that this company is still open. If you were to get a survey on this company from the people working there no, how are hanging on barley because they have families the reviews would not be good. There is nothing nice to say about nco besides they need to be stopped how they treat people and shut down. They hire people left to right and after a month there you be seeking other employment and just trying to hang on. No one should come to work feeling like its the end of the world, and feeling like everyday is going to be there last day employed. They either need to shut down or get someone who is organized, professional, and can handle business to take it over. I would never in a million years recommend this job nor company to anyone. If i had to suggest my suggestion would be to don't do it, seek else where. Its only one supervisor in time warner cable that exactly cared for the employees and tried to do everything to help and she is greatly appreciated for that. But as far as the other supervisors and the head department manager they were all nasty, rude and shouldn't have the titles that they have. You have superviors that act like reps on the floor the way they talk to the reps, argue with them and disrespect them. As a supervisors its your job to upheld a image but none of them, except one that holds a professional image. This company is not a good look for anyone. Clients should think before giving they business to them. There are so much bad and nothing good about this company.
