Friendly, helpful, and everything one would hope for when dealing with a national credit union, and then some. Have only paid visit to their other branch off of Navy Blvd a time or two, but I'd say this one is probably the preferred branch in the area.

The staff at Navy Federal is always welcoming. You will always have the opportunity to grab some water or coffee while you wait for a banker/teller and this bank is extremely well kept. Kudos to the management and staff for making my visits enjoyable.
