Worst customer service ever! They tell you information that is not true. I have been a member for several years. Some of the folks when you call on the general customer service number, really need to be re-trained. As I seem to get so many different answers to the same questions that I have regarding the products they offer. I think I will just find a regular bank and stay away from credit unions.
This branch should not have a star.... Been a member of NFCU for a long time and we moved closer to this city. I was happy that they put a new branch on this area. I always send a western union...
Each time I go in there I get great service. Each person knows what they are doing. I had an issue with closing my sons certificate and the manager help me coorect the issue. And the service is fast.
