I'm not an agent in VA, so I don't know about the rate increase. I can tell you that it is nothing personal with Nationwide no longer willing to provide insurance for your house. No one reads through the 50 page contract, but if you did, you would notice that one of the stipulations for a homeowners policy is that it be owner-occupied.
