Complete rip off and a JOKE

This company uses the first 3 letters of the first and last name of the person you are searching info on. So the first match that comes up is some other guy with almost the same name that has horrible credit, these kooks assume its my client and make a negative recommendation on an otherwise worthy client not only costing me time,money and a sale but also discouraging a good family from wanting to continue searching for a home, SHAME ON ALL COMPANIES WHO HAVE THIS RELAXED ATTITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLES CREDIT!!!!

A credit report is pulled by a ss#. Then the credit file provides all names and addresses associated and searches evictions using that information. Evictions are listed in the court system by name only, not a ss#. Therefore, using the first 3 letters of a persons name ensures you receive all eviction filings that may be your applicant. If a person knows that the eviction filing is a name only public record, they will misspell their name on purpose, etc.
