Came recommended from a friend after I had a swarm of termites. Were by far the lowest bid for termite removal, offering me the ability to pay monthly with zero interest for the initial treatment. After that, one low yearly fee and my house is guaranteed free of termites with yearly inspections and free repeat treatments. Well worth the money.

I've been having the worst ant issue ever! National exterminating has sent out 4 different people and 3 of the 4 refuse to go under my house. I asked for Shawn because he actually went in my crawl space and fixed my issue temporarily (but advised me the I would need another treatment or 2) instead they send another person who was also scared to go under my home. NOW I'M BACK TO SQUARE 1! Thanks...

I called about water bugs and was told what service I was paying for when the exterminator showed he did nothing but spray. I told him what I signed up for and his answer was "you can't do my job from a desk" he was very cocky and smug. I hope they can at least solve my problem.

This place is a rip off. No customer service. Knowing what I know now I wish I never had never been with this company. After 12 years, they do a crappy job.
