I felt that this home health care was only in it for the almighty buck. Their caregivers would not show up, not call us or the main office with their absence, and the office never checked up on them. After a week of no care showing up for a loved one who did not tell me, I was livid. They had no procedure in place to adequately cover absences like this. Horrible!
