The place is huge. 2 cages, boxing ring, punching bags, weight area, lots of mats and lots of classes. Something for everyone. My kids love the classes.

I have been a member at Nashville MMA for 4 years and I love it. I take the cardio kickboxing class. Everyone there is great, very family friendly. I've never had any problems. Highly recommend for anyone.

I can't say enough great things about Nashville mma. They have helped me become a great fighter and have become my family. If you ever come to Nashville to pass up the experience to train with world class athletes with world class instructors. If you want to better yourself everyday come down.

This gym is filthy!!! The owner Shawn hammonds is fowl-mouth his wife is rude the cardio instructor ... She was speaking so unkind of an over weigh lady ther mocking her .... The administration was so unprofessional !!! They lie about cost price and guarantee .... Ladies beware
