Last year we asked the owner to come and give an estimate to fix the firebox in my chimney. He quoted us a price, did the job. Less then 2 months after the firebox began to fall apart. I called him and he told me he had just had back surgery and couldn't come out to fix the work. We agreed to revisit this issue when he was better.
